A Bollywood Superstar Entertainer and producer Shahrukh Khan, SRK ,The Badshah of Bollywood ,The Tom Cruise of India ,The King Of Romance ,The King of Bollywood was born in New Delhi, on 2nd November in 1965 . His father’s name was Taj Mohammad Khan and his mother,name was Lateef Fatima. Shahrukh also has an elder sister called Shehnaz. He also married Gauri Chibber, before the release of any of his films. He is got two kids a son called Aryan Khan and a daughter named Suhana Khan.

Shahrukh Khan did his schooling from New Delhi’s St. Colombia High School. After completing school, he attended the Hansraj College in New Delhi from the year 1985 to 1988, from where he graduated with Economic Honors. Later he attended the Jamia Millia Islamia and pursued a Mass Communications Master degree. But he opted out from it later, to make a career in Bollywood.

Shahrukh Khan started off his career from Television industry, serials like Fauji (1988), Circus (1989) made roars in the television industry. He got his debut film Deewana (1992). In film industry, he has won eight Film Fare Best actor awards and has had significant box office success. Some of his films includes: Darr (1993), Baazigar (1993), Anjaam (1994), Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Om Shanti om (2007), Chak De India (2007), Rab Ne Bana De Jodi, My Name Is Khan (2010) among others.

In 2004, Shahrukh introduced production company ‘Red Chilies Entertainment’. He produced the films, ‘Main Hoo Na’ and ‘Om Shanti Om’ which were great box office hits. In the year 2008, his company became the owner of the ‘Kolkata Knight Riders’ of the IPL cricket League backed by the BCCI.
